AdVantage Marketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, paid advertising, social media management, content creation, web design, photography, videography, and branding. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for client engagements are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including logos, text, graphics, photography, and software, is owned by AdVantage Marketing or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

Work product created for clients as part of a paid engagement is addressed in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, AdVantage Marketing retains rights to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

  1. User Content

If you submit any content through our site (such as contact form submissions or testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services and marketing. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

  1. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms for services are outlined in your service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services on accounts with outstanding balances.

  1. Limitation of Liability

AdVantage Marketing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns, including but not limited to search rankings, ad performance, or revenue growth. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion if you violate these Terms or the terms of your service agreement. Clients may terminate services in accordance with the notice and cancellation terms outlined in their individual agreements.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Cache County, Utah.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
